Self Care Class

Ortho-Bionomy Self-care offers all participants a natural way to bring their body into greater balance, comfort and ease.  By applying the principles of Ortho-Bionomy, individuals learn how to look after themselves, regain mobility and ease for tight or painful areas and relax deeply from within. Self-care incorporate muscular – skeletal work (Phase 4), isometrics, exploration of movement, Chapman’s points and subtle work (Phase 5 and 6). Self care is useful for both clients and for maintaining essential ease for the practitioner. Participants also learn how to develop 0rtho-Bionomy based self-care approaches for particular concerns.
