Phase 4 Core/Axial / Ortho-Bionomy® Summer Series

Course Description

This course presents foundational Ortho-Bionomy principles as they apply to the axial structures of the body, including the spine, pelvis, and trunk. Emphasis is placed on working with comfort to support balance and self-correction within the core.

Students explore how gentle positioning and awareness influence the body’s organization, supporting release through comfort rather than force. The axial system is approached as central to overall balance, coordination, and ease of movement.

This course draws from the foundational principles and standard positional approaches of Ortho-Bionomy as taught within the established training curriculum.
