Exploration of Movement Patterns / Ortho-Bionomy Summer Series

Course Description

This course introduces movement exploration as a natural extension of Ortho-Bionomy principles. Emphasis is placed on observing and supporting preferred patterns of movement and non-movement, allowing the body’s self-corrective reflexes to emerge without force.

Students develop awareness of how the body organizes through motion and stillness, working with comfort as the primary guide. Movement is approached as a means of enhancing proprioceptive awareness and preparing the body for further changes and integration.

This course draws from the foundational principles and standard positional approaches of Ortho-Bionomy as taught within the established training curriculum.
