Intro to fluid, fascia and the lymphatic system (head, neck and shoulders/upper trunk/lower trunk)
Day 1: Intro to fluids fascia and the lymphatic system
Day 2: Head, neck and shoulders
Day 3: Upper trunk, shoulders and arms, diaphragm
Day 4: Lower trunk, diaphragm, pelvis, legs, breath work, movement work
Day 5 (August 24 study group 9 – 12 pm $75.00) follow on from the class.
Prerequisite: Phase 4 / Recommended: Phase 5 / Exploration of Movement
