Intro to Ortho-Bionomy: This intro is a great opportunity for those who are curious and want to learn more about OB. In this 3 hour group we will cover the concepts and principles of Ortho-Bionomy and the Phase 4, Exploration of Movement, and Isometric movements for everyone to gain an idea and experience OB is.

Using the principles of Ortho-Bionomy, participants in this class learn Isometric and Isotonic techniques for working with muscle tension patterns and underdeveloped muscle tone.
