Self-Care special introductory 1 or 2 day class

The Self Care course is an experience of the body’s innate ability to change. We will practice simple techniques that offer your body options for release of discomfort and feel your body regain comfort within. Many of the release techniques will guide you to an increase in flexibility, release of tension and may ease pain. Self-care is empowering, improves your body’s self regulation and it is easy to incorporate into your practice and your life.

2. 1 day ‘Saturday’ option: $175

If after experiencing Saturday, you want to join Sunday, Sunday cost will be $150.
