Self-Care – POSTPONED

THE SELF -CARE course is an immediate experience of the body’s ability to change. We will practice simple techniques that offer your body options for release of discomfort and to rediscover comfort within. Many of the release techniques will guide you to an increase in flexibility, release of tension and may ease pain. Self-care is empowering, improves your body’s self-regulation and it is easy to incorporate into your practice and your life.

This class was planned November 5 & 6, 2022 and is now POSTPONED until Spring 2023
