Postural Re-Education and Post Techniques
In this class we will explore natural alignment through specific posture and re-education techniques to improve body balance. By reinforcing postural integrity while supporting Neuro -muscular structural alignment we will work with the spinal curvatures and scoliosis. These restorative techniques can be used before session for observation or after session for integration to enhance self-awareness and mobility. ($ 400)

Isometrics
Using the principles of Ortho-Bionomy, participants in this class learn Isometric and Isotonic techniques for working with muscle tension patterns and underdeveloped muscle tone. Through the use of resistance while the muscle is engaged, proprioceptors are stimulated. This allows habitual holding patterns to rebalance and results in greater flexibility and mobility.
