Phase 4 – Extremities
This foundational class focuses on the limbs and joints, teaching techniques to stimulate the body’s natural self-corrective reflexes.
These techniques, often gentle and comfortable for the client, are designed to release muscular tension, reduce stress and improve structural alignment in areas like the shoulders elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles and feet.
