Ortho–Bionomy® Visceral

With OBAC Advanced OB Instructor/ IT: Marie Long

“Ortho-Bionomy was developed by combining the structural principles of the Osteopathy and Martial arts. An Ortho-Bionomy session is a respectful and comfortable “hands-on” experience. The gentle techniques used activate self-corrective reflexes and the nervous system communication. Physical and emotional healing can occur as the body remembers its natural ability to seek balance by moving from discomfort to comfort.

Ortho-Bionomy helps people with a variety of health complaints including acute injuries such as whiplash; chronic conditions like headaches, back pain and stress; problems associated with postural and structural imbalances, digestive issues, and emotional issues.

In the Visceral class we will explore the function and interconnection of visceral organs with each other and also their connection to the body structure. We will focus on the digestive system and abdominal cavity . Experience the Ortho- Bionomy principles and concepts using gentle and respectful Ph.5 and 6 approach.
