DESCRIPTION:Course Description\nThis course introduces movement exploration as a natural extension of Ortho-Bionomy principles. Emphasis is placed on observing and supporting preferred patterns of movement and non-movement, allowing the body’s self-corrective reflexes to emerge without force.\nStudents develop awareness of how the body organizes through motion and stillness, working with comfort as the primary guide.
