SUMMARY:Postural Re-Education and Post Techniques
DESCRIPTION:In this class we will explore natural alignment through specific posture and re-education techniques to improve body balance. By reinforcing postural integrity while supporting Neuro -muscular structural alignment we will work with the spinal curvatures and scoliosis.
