DESCRIPTION:The focus of the Phase Five class, following the principles of Ortho-Bionomy, is to increase the participant’s understanding of the adaptive movements and postures presented by the client.  Through the practice of observing, following and supporting movement patterns, the student gains an increased awareness of the tensions held within the body’s tissues, and learns how to connect to these areas on a more subtle level.\nEarly registration: $375.00 by August 14th\nThis class can be taken Individually as a 2 day class or as a part of the 2 year Comprehensive Ortho-Bionomy Training Program.\n \n \nComprehensive Training Program 2026/27\nMarch 9 to 13, 2026 ( Exploration of Movement Patterns /  Ethics and Emotions / Phase 4)\nJune 1 to 5, 2026 (Phase 4 / Postural re-education and post techniques / Elective)\nSept 14 to 18, 2026 (Phase 5 / Phase 6 / Tutorial and study group)\nClass times: 9am to 5pm each day a the Winfield Hall in Lake Country BC\no Deposit required to hold your spot ($200.00 per module or class)\no each 5 day Module is $900.00, or 200.00 per day if taken separately (ask about early registration discounts)\no Payments plans are available\no Classes can be taken individually\no   Please register early to reserve your place\nTo Register or for more detailed information please contact Peggy: obokanagan@gmail.com\n
