DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nThe Phase 4 Class:  This foundation class covers the history, philosophy and concepts of Ortho-Bionomy, and provides a basic understanding of the release techniques for each major joint in the body.  The techniques are comfortable for the client and easy on the practitioner. They stimulate the inherent self-corrective reflexes of the body through the proprioceptors, resulting in the release of muscular tension, a reduction in overall stress, normalization of structural alignment, and a new sense of internal balance for the client.\n\n\n\nThis two day class will:\n\nDescribe & explain principles and concepts of Ortho-Bionomy\nTeach specific positions used to release specific joints, points and muscles in the body, the focus of this class will be the extremities of the body\nWith focus on the comfort of the client and the practitioner\nThe Techniques will be taught and demonstrated and then practiced with each other\n\n \nNovember 16 & 17, 2024\nWith Advanced Instructor Peggy Oud\n9 am to 5 pm each day\nLocation: beside Cottonwood Center in Kamloops BC\nWear comfortable, flexible clothes\nEarly registration, before October 19: $350.00 / after October 19 $400.00\nDeposit of $200.00 with registration\n\nRegister with Susan Drebot: susandrebot.bodywork@gmail.com\nPayments can be sent to this email address:  peggyoud@shaw.ca\n
