DESCRIPTION:Ortho-Bionomy® Phase 4 – Extremities- foundation class coming to Kamloops BC\nwith Instructor Peggy Oud\nPhase Four:  This foundation class covers the history, philosophy and concepts of Ortho-Bionomy, and provides a basic understanding of the release techniques that can be used for each joint in the body.  In this class the focus will be on the extremities. The techniques are comfortable for the client and easy on the practitioner.
