I discovered Ortho-Bionomy through Baeleay Callister while I was recuperating from spinal surgery over six years ago. Her gentle guidance introduced me to the possibility of a new way of being in the world, and being comfortable in my own body. As a result, my husband, children, and I have all benefited and learned about Ortho-Bionomy and it is now an integral part of our daily living.

I am currently a student of Ortho-Bionomy entering my fifth year of studies with ongoing practical experience and aspirations of becoming a Practitioner. I consider myself fortunate to be able to witness and facilitate my clients in their life journey and path to healing.

I am registered with the Center for Trauma Research and Education in Vancouver, B.C. as a Self Regulation Therapist (SRT). Combined, these two modalities complement one another and strengthen my client’s inherent ability to heal.

I am forever a student of life and living.
