I am a Registered Massage Therapist, trained at the Vicars School of Massage in Edmonton, Alberta. I also have training in CranioSacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation, and have a certificate in Integrated Body Psychotherapy. I am now a student in Ortho-Bionomy.

I discovered Ortho-Bionomy while working with a number of sports injuries, both my own and my clients’. Ortho-Bionomy offered me another way to work; it is easier on my body and much less invasive for my clients. It has fast and effective results, allowing my clients to resume their regular activities much sooner and with longer lasting results. Ortho-Bionomy is a wonderful modality which adds a great deal to my practice.
