OBAC Trademark Guidelines [PDF]

The term Ortho-Bionomy® and the graphic symbol of the Sand Dollar are registered trademarks of the Ortho-Bionomy Association of Canada. Only qualified members in good standing of the Ortho-Bionomy Association of Canada have permission to use the marks.

Professional members (Registered Instructors and Practitioners) may use the term Ortho-Bionomy and the graphic symbol of the Sand Dollar on all business material. The term's first appearance on any material must be accompanied by the registered trademark symbol ®.

Associate members may list Ortho-Bionomy among the modalities they practice, or may use the term Ortho-Bionomy by itself in conjunction with the statement "Associate Member of Ortho-Bionomy Association of Canada" (or "Associate Member of OBAC") on their business/promotional material. Associate Members may not give the impression directly or indirectly that they are an Ortho-Bionomy Practitioner or Instructor, and are not eligible to use the Sand Dollar symbol. The term Ortho-Bionomy must be accompanied by the registered trademark symbol ®.

Student members are not eligible to use the registered trademarks.

The Association encourages its members to maintain the integrity of Ortho-Bionomy by adhering to these guidelines, and to report any violations in the use of the registered trademarks. Improper use of the registered trademarks could lead to disciplinary and/or legal action.
