Ortho-Bionomy©* is a wonderful modality that is so beneficial to us that we want to share it with others. So how can you promote OB without violating the Registered Trademarks?
You can
- Tell the Ortho-Bionomy (OB) story (the philosophy and history)
- Tell how OB has benefited you personally
- Tell friends and family that you are learning OB
- Promote and/or coordinate** OB classes in your area
- Inform people about the OB website at www.ortho-bionomy.ca
- Direct people to published articles about OB
- Let people know about the registered Practitioner and Associate
- members of the Ortho-Bionomy Association of Canada (OBAC) who practice in your area
- Wear OBAC sanctioned apparel
- As a Student Member have a web page on the OBAC website
You may not use the registered term Ortho-Bionomy or the registered Sand Dollar image:
- On any personal material - personal websites, phone messaging, vehicles or on unsanctioned apparel
- On any business material - business cards, brochures, advertising (print, electronic or voice), business websites, signage, business vehicles or on unsanctioned apparel.
*In Canada the registered trademarks, the term Ortho-Bionomy and the Sand Dollar image, are the property of the Ortho-Bionomy Association of Canada and may not be used unless certain requirements have been met.
