This class is great for having condition related skills.
Obviously you can have a practice in which no one ever comes in with
a frozen shoulder, but some may come in and not know that is what it is called.
Though we do not diagnose, it is comfrming for people to understand some of the dynamics that create
a frozen shoulder and also give them homework and an insight into how it may be prevented in the future.
Ribs can certainly make us seriously uncomfortable or have trouble breathing easily from accidents or just twisting too far in yoga or putting on our seat belts.

Baeleay Callister is an Advanced Instructor who has been actively in practice since 1984 and teaching since 1991. She has studied and worked extensively with the Founder, Dr. Arthur Lincoln Pauls and many other wonderful Instructors that started with Arthur in 1978 or soon thereafter. Ms. Callister is one of the founders of the Ortho-Bionomy® Association of Canada and remains an Advisor for the Board and on the Curriculum committee. She is an Instructor Trainer and co-developer of the Instructor Development Program.
Baeleay teaches all over Canada, the US, and Mexico and is also an Instructor with the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International and a member since 1984. Baeleay's teaching is also a lifetime practice of the principles; she is a staunch advocate of maintaining the integrity of the work and encouraging individual evolvement. She shares with her students a platform and environment for personal growth and awareness with the practice of being with 'what is'. The profound simplicity makes Ortho-Bionomy endure as a unique practice that is practical, respectful, educational, painless and easily supports the notion of 'mind, body and spirit'.
